Message in a bottle

Granted, I can be a fusspot when it comes to my beverages - temp, vessel, how it feels in my hand, amount, but honestly the personalized carafe drives me batty in restaurants.

See, l love the idea of having my own - in fact l relish the thought. Partly because it stays at the preferred temperature longer in the carafe, and also there's nothing worse than a full glass of wine.

I'm fussy I know - but why oh why does the waiting feel the need to keep filling my glass. My dining experience would be *180* (term used in darts - it's a good thing) if he just left me in the drivers seat on this one.
