Meet Beth
I grew up in the green and gorgeous countryside of Yorkshire - North of England, where I spent most of my weekends helping my parents tend their vast garden in exchange for pocket money. I learned to prune, trim hedges, pick fruit, fertilize beds, and mow lawns. I may not have realized it then, but gardening would become a large part of my life, as it had been for my father, his father, and grandfather before him. Having this experience became the catalyst for understanding my creative side and navigating layouts in any space.
Moving to the States in my early 20s, I eagerly discovered an affinity for design, interiors, food, architecture, photography, and more.
When I'm not working, I happily explore Brooklyn and Manhattan with my two kids, Ruby and Oliver, Dog Elsa, and my jolly bike, Agnes. Though I love city life, I'll head upstate to go camping, hiking, and exploring with them at the drop of a hat.
I enjoy that my work has created so many organic avenues for me to connect with a community of folks who take pleasure in the simple joys of being outside and eating well.
